We had something important come up Thursday and didn't have internet access to let everyone know we weren't able to be there. - we're really sorry about that.

DON'T FORGET A COOLER WITH ICE PACKS!! - NO ICE UNLESS IN A BAG- FRESH WATER DOESN"T AGREE WITH SALT WATER LOBSTERS.

Does it matter who you buy lobster from? - you bet! If you see low, low prices for lobster ask yourself how much the actual lobstermen that catch that lobster must actually get paid to do the work. Everyone that moves that lobster around is making the $- the guy that caught it gets the least.  Next time you buy lobster from a store and not the guy who caught it- ask how much the lobstermen make on that lobster your buying. I think you'd be surprised....

when you buy seafood direct from the boat you ensure that the guy that did the work gets enough to pay for his expenses, fuel, crew, and has a little left over to live on. In return you get the best damn lobster around!! :)

After a very busy May and coming June, we are looking ahead to July and see plenty of opportunity to take former CSF members and families out fishing and for short lobster trips.

Eddie has been taking former CSF members fishing for the day and then filleting their catch for them. It has been a lot of fun!

it is a 6 person charter, but if you have fewer people  don't mind sharing your trip with others,  we can help coordinate a trip for you.  You could catch your entire CSF membership in one trip and then fill your freezer- no weekly pick up but still fresh off the boat fish!

If you are still looking for shrimp, the season will mostlikely end Wednesday. There is a meeting today at 3 to decide whether or not the quota has been met.

What then?

1. We will be getting the boats ready of taking folks out fishing for the day starting in April.  Spring is a wonderful time for catching fish. My favorite by far.  We can take 6 passengers ( pricing is on the website under Missing Local fish?). In July we start hauling traps as part of your fishing trips !!- Fish and Lobsta! what a summer feast!

2. We will start lobstering and selling lobsters direct off the boat. We even have a lobster CSF in the works!

Just got Captain Ed's report- Out shrimping and it's a beautiful day!

Come on down to the dock at Eastman's Fishing Fleet, 48 River Street, Seabrook Beach, NH 03874 and purchase Gulf of Maine Shrimp right off our boat the Sweet Carolyn

(Catalano's Market is at the top of River Street.  Park in the big gravel parking lot in front of Eastman's Fishing Fleet- the boat is right around back tied at the pier. Call and let us know if you get lost and we can help you out!)

Bring your coolers or you can buy a 5 gal bucket for $3 and reuse it- Shrimp price today is , 100 lb fish tote for $150.00, 5 gal bucket ( about 28 lbs) for $45.00 and 5 lbs for $7.50

YOU MUST  CALL 603-918-9143 and leave a message  OR  TEXT with your name and how much you would like us to keep aside for you! 

Would recommend bringing a cooler or your own bucket with a lid.
